Te Wananga o Aotearoa (TWoA) is planning the significant refurbishment of an existing building located at 348 Manchester Street, Christchurch. The works will comprise the construction of partition walls, interior and exterior painting, power and data networks, lighting and mechanical services.

Once you have registered your interest we will invite submissions for the selection of a short list of tenderers. These submissions will be required by 19 January 2018.
