Ministers have asked Treasury to proceed to market sounding in relation to approximately 1140 Tauranga and approximately 370 Invercargill houses.

Market sounding will officially commence on 31 August 2015 and conclude 25 September 2015 (4pm). During this period we will seek to obtain comments from potential market participants indicating their level of interest in the transaction and comments on the proposed commercial terms.

If you wish to be considered for selection as part of a small representative sample of participants to be invited for face to face meetings you will need to be registered on GETS and subscribed to this notice by 1 September 2015. If you are interested in participating in both transactions, you will need to subscribe to each notice separately.

Once you have registered on GETS and subscribed to this notice, you will automatically receive a notification on 31 August 2015 that the Information Memorandum is available for downloading.

You will also be able to provide written feedback until 25 September 2015 (4pm) when Market Sounding will close.
