1. As part of our risk management policy and processes, Tamaki Regeneration Corporation (TRC) requires an external provider to undertake internal audit services to:
a) Independently evaluate TRC’s internal controls, governance processes, and risk management practices to ensure they are operating effectively and in alignment with regulations or legislation.
b) Provide objective assurance and identify opportunities for improvement to further develop operation efficiencies and support decision making by providing insights into key risk areas.
This is a notice to the AOG panel for our intention to go to market for services in the next 2-6 weeks.
