This is a Notice of Information(NOI) to inform of an RFP release for the Tamaki Masterplan professional services. There is no requirement to register interest or respond to this NOI. The Tāmaki Regeneration Company (TRC) has been mandated by its shareholders, the New Zealand Government and Auckland Council, to lead on urban regeneration activity in Tāmaki, the suburbs of Glen Innes, Pt England and Panmure.TRC is seeking a suitably qualified partner(s) with high quality urban design experience and significant experience working in brownfield/greyfield development, who will work with TRC and its stakeholders. Please download the attached document for more information on the Masterplan services. The RFP indicative release date is the first week of February and will be released as an open RFP on GETS.
