OVERVIEW
Tāmaki Regeneration Company (TRC) has been mandated by its shareholders, New Zealand Government and Auckland Council, to lead a first-of-its kind physical and social regeneration programme across the Auckland suburbs of Glen Innes, Panmure, and Point England (jointly known as Tāmaki).
TRC will be entering into a procurement process to select a consortium to partner with on the first phase of the programme, redeveloping approximately 1,000 existing social houses in northern Tāmaki into approximately 2,500 new mixed tenure houses.
EOI INVITATION RELEASE
TRC will issue an invitation for Expressions of Interest for the Phase One of the Tāmaki Large Scale Development at 12.00pm on Wednesday 10 August 2016 via GETS.
We will be seeking Expressions of Interest from consortia comprising a development partner responsible for design, delivery and sale of the mixed tenure housing; and an investment partner to take long-term ownership and management of the rebuilt social houses (approximately 1,300 new houses).
