Invite to Programme Update - Large Scale Development/Investment
Tamaki Regeneration Company

Tāmaki Regeneration Company is leading a first-of-its kind urban regeneration programme across the Auckland suburbs of Glen Innes, Panmure, and Point England.

An expression of interest invitation for partners is planned to be released in the coming months for the first phase of the programme, which will redevelop approximately 1,000 existing social houses into approximately 2,500 new mixed tenure houses.

This includes a development partner responsible for design, delivery and sale of housing; and an investment partner to take long-term investment and management of the rebuilt social houses.
