Development, Investment, Housing Services Partners – Notice of Intent Tāmaki Redevelopment Company
The Tāmaki Redevelopment Company (TRC) has announced a procurement approach that will commence in Q2 2016 to deliver a first-of-its-kind physical and social regeneration programme in the eastern Auckland suburbs of Glen Innes, Panmure and Point England.
TRC’s shareholders, the New Zealand Government and Auckland Council, approved an approach to begin a market process to secure (1.) a large scale development and investment partner(s), and (2.) housing services partners. The programme of work will be of interest to developers, investors, tenancy and property managers, and social service providers.
