Overview

TRC is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a cloud-based Process Mapping and Automation solution to deliver consistency in business processes, reduce manual effort, and drive operational efficiency.
The primary objective of this RFP is to identify a solution that meets our requirements as they have been defined, but we also want to establish an ongoing collaborative relationship with a supplier that will work with us through a period of significant change.

What we need
More detailed requirements are listed further in the RFP document, however in summary we’re looking for the following:
• Alignment with TRC’s Digital Strategy by enhancing operational efficiency and fostering collaboration
• Future focused solutions to support data driven continuous improvement. Transition our approximately 770 documented processes to an archive for review.
• Tools that incorporate automation or workflow as an ‘out of the box’ offering to assist with delivering process efficiencies to TRC.
• A solution that is not overly complex or rigid in a way that limits future growth or causes vendor lock-in.
• No or Low Code solutions that ensures autonomy in management of processes, procedures, and workflows by our own internal team.
• An ongoing relationship with a supplier – we’re looking for a collaborative supplier to work with us and alongside us on our digital journey
• A solution that values and promotes new ways of working in a digital environment

When do we need it
We want to engage with a supplier and have business process mapping and workflow automation requirements addressed as soon as practicable. This will include transition of current processes into a designated archive environment for staff review access, no later than 30 June 2025.

We need solutions that will support low-code or no-code configuration to enable business users to work autonomously with minimal systems support.

All responses must comply with the guidelines outlined in the RFP and be received by the deadline specified. Shortlisted vendors may be invited for a product demonstration.

This represents an exciting opportunity to partner with TRC in its digital transformation journey and to establish a culture of continuous improvement that enables value delivery across the operational landscape.
