Te Puni Kōkiri is seeking to procure detailed service design services for the Māori Land Service (MLS) Programme. The scope of this RFP is to seek detailed service design services to complete the detailed service design and options for delivery (this covers both structure and processes) for the MLS.
The Service design will take a more user oriented approach, the objective being to provide Māori land owners with a better and more seamless end to end experience. This means understanding not only the status quo but looking at how we can improve and refine the existing processes, identify gaps or opportunities to add value or improve the user experience. This would encompass the design of some new and additional services such as dispute resolution and development/utilisation services.
In addition to this RFP, Te Puni Kōkiri is running a separate open RFP process for each of the following services:
- Programme Management Office; and
- Business Case.
We are open to a single supplier with the appropriate capability, capacity and pricing to deliver all three (3) services required, however separate proposals must be submitted for each RFP.
