This procurement relates to the selection of one or more preferred transformer suppliers to prequalify for trial procurement of up to four (4) two winding power transformers filled with unused synthetic organic ester fluid as an alternative to mineral insulating oil.
The purpose of this ROI process is to provide the opportunity for potential Suppliers to demonstrate that they have the appropriate expertise in manufacturing ester oil Power Transformers as detailed in the documents provided.
