This procurement relates to a suite of operational Situational Intelligence (SIT INT) tools and services for Transpower.
The purpose of this ROI process is to select a small number of respondents to form a panel of organisations that can help us deliver the desired SIT INT outcomes. Respondents should have the following traits:
1. expertise in SIT INT disciplines (e.g. data lake, data analytics, visualisation, data cleansing and system integration)
2. demonstrable experience in SIT INT products or services
3. willingness to work with other panel members and internal Transpower resources to achieve the best outcome for Transpower.
SIT INT is strategically important to Transpower. The intention is to build an ongoing capability that supports continuous improvement, driven directly from the operational and planning business teams that work with the data daily. It is anticipated that, over the life of the programme, this will require procurement of several products and services.
