Overview
Timaru District Council is seeking Expressions of Interest for establishing a café on a site off Marine Parade on Caroline Bay. The café will sit in the heart of Caroline Bay, adding a further dimension to the visitor experience at one of Timaru District Council’s key attractions. There will be a two-stage process to select the preferred operator. From the request for Expressions of Interest a small number of respondents will be shortlisted to proceed to the second stage (Request for Proposals).
