Overview
The proposed contract will be to undertake the works for the renewals of the Taupō Library roof membrane in the most efficient manner. The intent is that these activities will be undertaken under a single contract to achieve efficiencies.
The work required under this Contract includes but is not limited to:
Establishment and general site preparation
Site clearance and demolition as needed
Provision of scaffolding to access the roof
Repair work for some cracks and holes in the existing membrane
Supply & application of membrane to the entire roof
Incidental works for the completion of the Contract
