The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to invite Respondents to submit Proposals for the provision of an online (electronic) District Plan platform, in which the Council will provide, manage and capture their district’s planning information as required by the Resource Management Act 1991.
Respondents are product suppliers with a proven ability to supply, deliver, install, implement, support, develop and maintain enterprise ready online district planning technology solutions in the New Zealand local government environment. The Council seeks to partner with a Supplier(s) who will provide a total system solution.
The objective of this RFP is to identify a Service Provider(s) who can work with TDC to help it meet its current business objectives and future business needs for:
1. Implementation of an online District Plan fully integrating our existing word plan and geospatial components in a customer-facing solution
2. Ongoing support and improvement of the technology solution implemented
The Council seeks a solution that can meet needs today and future proof growth. We seek a solution we can grow into, not something we grow out of.
