Overview
1.1 Nature of the Tender
The Tender Price shall be a lump sum price, fixed for the period of the contract, for the work contained in the Initial Inspection and Routine Maintenance Procedures section of the Maintenance Management Programme for all listed Taupo District Council premises, together with rates that shall be applied for work not included in the routine Maintenance.
