The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to invite Respondents to submit Proposals for the provision of Software and Services (Services) to manage the agenda lifecycles of the Taupō District Council. This is an RFP for a Digital Meetings and Agenda Management System.
Respondents are product suppliers with a proven ability to supply, deliver, install, implement, support, develop and maintain enterprise wide Agenda Management Systems and Document Management Dashboards in the New Zealand Local Government environment. The Council seeks to partner with a supplier who will provide a total system and process that will provide efficiency in Agenda Management and Document Access.
The objective of this RFP is to identify a Service Provider(s) who can work with the Taupō District Council and help it meet its current business objectives and future business needs on the creation, management of Agendas and the recording of Minutes / Resolutions / Actions for meetings held within Taupō District Council for two (but not restricted to) primary groups:
• Elected Members, and
• Senior Leadership group
The Council seeks a solution that can meet needs today and future proof agenda management in the future. We seek a solution we can grow into, not something we grow out of.
