INTRODUCTION/BACKGROUND
This tender document has been prepared for use by the Taupo District Council for the Supply and Delivery of Sanitation materials and supplies.
The General Conditions of this Contract place comprehensive requirements on the Supplier for delivering the services required in this Contract.
This Contract covers the supply and delivery of sanitation materials and supplies for various Council operated community, operational and office facilities including public conveniences within Taupō District.
The objective of this Contract is to select a Supplier that can supply and deliver high quality sanitation products that meets environmental requirements and present to the Council’s ratepayers an efficient procurement and acquisition of sanitation materials and supplies for various Taupō District Council facilities in a most cost-effective manner.
The Supplier must be aware of all the requirements and delivery locations of this Contract prior to tendering.
