This tender document has been prepared for use by the Taupō District Council for the Owen Delany Park main Field Lighting Upgrade.
The General Conditions of this Contract place comprehensive requirements on the Contractor to deliver the services required in this Contract.
This Contract covers the supply of materials, labour, sub-contractor fees and required documentation costs to complete the works.
Contractor should refer to the Specifications from PSL Ltd. attached to this document as an Appendix A for the complete details of the work.
The removal, storage and disposal of the existing lightings including control gears and other equipment shall be included in this contract
The objective of this Contract upgrade is to present to the Council’s ratepayers the best lighting design in both uniformity and luminance levels using the existing lighting towers in a most cost effective method.
