Tauranga City Council is inviting tenders for the above Contract. The Te Okuroa Drive road and water reticulation will service the Wairakei urban growth area. The City plan identifies that the road and water main will be required to service the Wairakei UGA beyond the occupation of 1000 dwellings.
The project consist of the following:

Watermain design
Road design
Intersection design
Stormwater design
Wastewater design
Other utility services coordination
