Overview

Tauranga City Council invites tenders for this contract for which the works/services comprise:

To obtain professional services for the TCC wastewater network modelling for a period of up to 5 years

The Contract will commence in August 2024 for an initial three years, with an additional two rights of extension of one year each. While it is TCC’s intention that the Contract will be a 5 year commitment with the Successful Respondent, any extension will be at TCC’s sole discretion. The matters TCC may consider in determining whether to exercise its right of extension of the Contract term, will include the following.
• Whether the Successful Respondent has met all KPIs in accordance with the terms of the Contract during the term.
• Whether the Successful Respondent has materially breached any provision of the Contract.
• Whether TCC (acting reasonably) is satisfied with the Successful Respondent’s performance under the
Contract.
• Wider organisational and sector considerations (including for example, water services reforms in New Zealand, TCC’s then current procurement arrangements and business planning).
