Overview
Tauranga City Council invites request for tenders for this contract.
We are seeking the services of a Main Contractor to undertake coordination and construction of the building works for the Tauranga Animal Services Dog Pound. The project includes demolition works, construction works, renovation works, site works and car parking works as per detailed design by Wingate Architects.
The upgrade requires the extensions at the dog pound in three specific areas:
I. A new reception and carpark upgrade
II. New dog exercise area
III. New vet nurse/dog wash area and upgrade of storeroom
