Overview
Tauranga City Council invites tenders for this contract for which the works comprise physical works of a stormwater and wastewater renewal at two separate sites.
The Grove Avenue works includes dig and relay of an existing section of stormwater infrastructure to aid in reducing surface flooding. The most favourable approach identified was realignment of the main through the road reserve to avoid existing services.
The Townhead Crescent works includes renewal of the existing wastewater rising main along Townhead Cres to avoid the existing alignment across private property. The works involves a cut-in to the existing pump station.
