Tauranga City Council invites Expressions of Interest from experienced developers, or developer consortia to realise the development aspirations for Smiths Farm, Bethlehem.
Smiths Farm represents a 13-14ha (more or less) medium density residential development opportunity in an excellent location. With consents in place for over 250 residential allotments across this elevated site, Tauranga City Council is seeking a partner to acquire and deliver a range of housing and community outcomes.
