Tauranga City Council invites proposals for this contract as described below:
To meet the current and future demands associated with the significant development currently being carried out in the Wairakei Urban Growth Area and the future development of the Te Tumu Urban Growth Area, the design and construction of the PEI and associated roading and stormwater networks is required.
The successful Supplier will provide the Preliminary Design and consent documentation required to support the construction and operation of the proposed roading and stormwater infrastructure.
Following completion of the Preliminary Design it is envisaged that there will be further design and consenting scope to bring the project through to commencement of construction.
