Overview
We are inviting interested parties to register their interest and submit their proposals for the activation and programming of the soon to be vacant land at 91 Willow Street.
The space will be available following the completion of the demolition of the existing Council administration building at 91 Willow Street, which is anticipated to be in September 2017.
We offer the Site lease for activation for a minimum of 12 months. The space will be available until such a time as investment decisions are made on the museum and city library, and subsequent physical work occurs in this space.
