Tauranga City Council invites tenders for this contract for which the physical works include the following:
Obtaining Building Consent from TCC for Deconstruction/Demolition Works Methodology proposed to be undertaken;
Physical Deconstruction and Demolition of the Admin Building (Internal) at 91 Willow Street;
Implementation of the appropriate health and safety measures/controls throughout the works at 91 Willow Street; and
Construction/installation of an 'Activation Space'at the completion of the deconstruction/demolition works (TCC to provide the direction/scope at a later date)
