Tauranga City Council invites proposals for this contract of which works comprise :
• Complete detailed design for the renewal of approximately 136m of failing seawall located behind and adjacent to the Cargo Shed on Dive Crescent.
• Included in the scope is the detailed design of an approximately 50m section of seawall underlying and Beacon Wharf and its associated building.
• Included is the preparation of tender documents for construction, construction monitoring and the preparation of resource consent applications to BOPRC and TCC
• Included is an assessment to determine if geotechnical testing is required to inform the design
