Tauranga City Council invites tenders for this contract of which works comprise:
a) Set-out and construction of new timber seawalls:
o Separable portion A - approximately 45m of timber seawall at Maxwells Road.
o Separable Portion B - approximately 243m of new timber seawall at Memorial Park (including demolition of existing concrete seawall)
o Separable Portion C - approximately 118m of new timber seawall at Memorial Park (including demolition of existing concrete seawall)
o Separable Portion D - approximately 135m of new timber seawall at Memorial Park (including demolition of existing concrete seawall)
b) Construction of beach access stairs.
c) Reinstatement of stormwater pipes.
d) Construction of a new boat ramp and access stairs for the rowing club at Memorial Park (including demolition of the existing ramp
