The Contract Works comprise construction of two coastal protection structures, which are to be completed as Separable Portions and in accordance with the Drawings and this Specification.
Separable Portion A is with regard to construction of a rock revetment along Dive Crescent south of the Trinity Wharf Hotel. The works include construction of the revetment approximately 260 m long, construction of a 3 m wide footpath and inclusion of traffic management for the duration of the contract. Separable Portion A is to be completed before 18 December 2015.
Separable Portion B is with regard to Marine Park Stage 3 rock revetment. The revetment is located along the south western shoreline of Sulphur Point Peninsula, north of the six-lane boat ramp, and approximately 230 m long. Separable Portion B is to be completed within the 2015/2016 financial year, before 1 July 2016.
