Tauranga City Council invites tenders for the above contract.
With the exception of the sprinklers, the existing irrigation system is passed its useful life. The sprinklers will be reused in this contract.
The work is to commence at the end of the AIMS Games - 14 September 2015. It is extremely important the works are completed in the quickest possible time to ensure the fields recover for the start of the cricket season.
Blake Park is in Mount Maunganui. The fields are bounded by Maunganui Rd, Hinau St and Miro St. The best access point is at the corner of Miro St and Kawaka St, through the new carpark then up onto the fields.
