Campground Booking and Payment Management Software - Market Research.

Tararua District Council is seeking information regarding off the shelf software solutions. This is for managing campground bookings and online payments across a network of sites supported by our local government council. We are looking for a system that offers both public-facing user access and a robust back-end administration interface. The key functionalities we may require include:

Front-End Public User Access:

 Online campground booking and availability display by site types and locations.
 Comprehensive list of all site amenities, facilities, and services.
 Secure online payment processing and receipting.
 Automatic generation and issuance of campground tickets.
 Ability to manage and process cancellations.
 Display and acknowledgment of terms and conditions during booking.


Back-End Administration Access:

 User management with different levels of administrative rights for camp site managers & Tararua District Council.
 The ability to support camp site managers plan for occupancy and manage their schedules during peak and off-peak times.
 Comprehensive reporting and analytics on bookings, insights, trends, revenue, and site occupancy.
 Ability to update pricing, availability, and campground information dynamically.
 Integration with financial systems for payment reconciliation.
 Customer support tools to manage inquiries and disputes.
