Overview
The RFQ is intended to solicit quotes for the provision of project management to improve access to psychological support for people with poorly controlled diabetes. These quotes will form the basis on which Hauora Tairāwhiti may enter into negotiations with the objective of reaching an agreement with one or more Respondents for the supply of project management to improve access to psychological support for people with poorly controlled diabetes. The term of the agreement will be one year.
