Overview
SWDC is looking for a company that can demonstrate the capability and experience to design and build Skate and Wheels Park in the South Wairarapa town of Greytown that the whole community can enjoy. Firm will be required to undertake project management and construction.
The proposal is to build a new integrated open space facility at 2-4 Pierce Street, Greytown. To include wheels and skatepark, pump track, playground, half basketball court, public toilets, shelters, seating, Landscaped gardens suitably planted with wheel friendly plants and trees and Car parking.
Equipment provided by others: Playground equipment, Bike Stand, drinking fountain, benches, table and BBQ.
