The State Services Commission, together with the LDC, are leading the procurement of a State Services wide leadership capability assessment framework and assessment services.
We will be releasing an RFP on www.gets.govt.nz at the end of January 2015 to procure the design, development and delivery of a leadership capability assessment and benchmarking framework for the State Services; and the delivery of a suite of assessment services to specific cohorts of leaders.
Before we finalise the RFP the SSC is looking to engage with providers to inform the RFP requirements. We are looking to meet with providers who have a credible presence in the New Zealand market in designing and developing leadership capability assessment and benchmarking frameworks and undertaking talent analytics.
We will:
1. release an invitation to Early Market Engagement in the week beginning 10 November 2014
2. hold a briefing session for all interested providers on the 21 November 2014.The briefing will provide additional information about our current thinking in this space, where it fits as part of the implementation of the State Services Leadership strategy and the outcomes the RFP is seeking
3. meet with selected providers individually for approximately 2 to 3 hours between 3 and 15 December 2014.
