Provider Briefing on Talent Management and Development in the State Services - Leadership Insight Findings

In 2015 the State Services Commission, in collaboration with the Leadership Development Centre, contracted Cerno Ltd to design and develop a leadership capability assessment and development framework and provide assessment services for leaders of interest to the State services Career Boards.

SSC will hold a briefing session in Wellington and in Auckland for providers who are interested in the assessment framework, the findings and their implications for future leadership assessment and development work. It is one of the key pieces of infrastructure supporting the identification and development of leadership talent in the State services.

• The Wellington briefing will take place from 2.00pm to 3.30pm on Monday 18 July 2016 at Te Puni Kokiri, Nau Mai Room, Ground Floor, 143 Lambton Quay, Wellington

• The Auckland briefing will take place from 10.30am to 12noon on Tuesday 26 July 2016 at NZ Government Auckland Policy Office, Level 6, 45 Queen Street, Auckland

• We will require attendees to preregister with SSC by emailing the names of attendees to Leadership&Talent@ssc.govt.nz by 13 July 2016 . [NOTE: Audio conferencing will not be available.]
