What we need
Nanoparticle characterisation equipment and essential accessories to measure zetapotential and dynamic light scattering, that meet our technical requirements.
To be able to conduct annual calibrations ourselves.
Warranty options beyond one year (please detail with specific costs)
A supplier who has integrated environmentally sustainable components and considerations in the build and ongoing support.

What we don’t want
To re-wire equipment to make it compliant and safe for NZ conditions.
Software that is not Windows 11 compatible.
Responses from suppliers who do not have the skills, knowledge, or experience to provide the complete solution as detailed in Section 2.
