Scion is seeking proposals from suitably qualified Quantity Surveyors with the availability, experience and expertise to provide Cost advice and pricing information for Scion’s wood engineering workshops and bio pilot plant development project. Design Stages of the project from Preliminary through to detailed design. Estimates have been obtained for the Concept Design Stage of the project to allow for production of the Business Case.
The Quantity Surveyor is to provide services through-out the ongoing design phases of the project, assist with value management, if required, and advise during the tender process and construction period.
The Quantity Surveyor will be contracted directly to Scion, co-ordinate with the internal Facilities team and report to the external Project Managers, RDT Pacific.
