Overview
Southland District Council (Council) is currently reviewing its historic and current arrangements for the procurement of legal services. In order to inform any decision as to future arrangements for the provision of legal services, Council have commissioned Peter Doolin of Lodestone Consulting Limited to assist with the probable provision of a legal services panel
