Overview
The contract is for the total maintenance responsibility for:
• Te Anau township gardening / tree care / beautification / mowing.
• Te Anau town centre street cleaning
• Te Anau litter removal
• Cleaning of boat harbour public toilets
• Playground maintenance.
• Maintenance of Lynwood Cemetery and Ramparts Hill lookout areas.
The contract is a term maintenance contract with a duration of three years from 1 October 2016 through to 30 September 2019 with an option to review for up to a further two years at the Principal’s sole discretion.
