Overview
The contract is for the total maintenance responsibility for:
• Manapouri township gardening / tree care / beautification / mowing.
• Manapouri town centre street cleaning
• Manapouri litter removal
• Cleaning of public toilets
• Playground maintenance.
The contract is a term maintenance contract with a duration of three years from 1 October 2016 through to 30 September 2019 with an option to review for up to a further two years at the Principal’s sole discretion.
