Overview
Ward 9B is a 17 bed mental health intensive and acute inpatient unit for assessment, treatment, stabilisation and recovery of adult consumers unable to be managed in less restricted areas. Ward 9B is locked to provide a safe environment. Currently its Intensive care rooms require refurbishment due to fixtures linings and fittings reaching end of life.
What we need
Execution and delivery of works outlined and specified in attached Contract documentation, contractors willing to work in a specialised environment, capable of managing subcontractors in a highly specialised and healthcare environment.
