PROJECT: MSP2 – Architectural Design for Clinical Improvements – Dunedin • Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and adjacent ward • Endoscopy • Audiology
We are seeking three individual proposals for professional fees to assist in the development of tender documentation for building and services alterations for the above three projects.
The fee submission should include the cost to produce and coordinate a full documentation package including: Architectural, Structural, Electrical/Communications and Mechanical Services Design. The selection / evaluation of the other design consultants will take place in conjunction with Building and Property Services; however the management and engagement of these consultants will be the responsibility of the successful architectural firm. This can only take place once phase 1 preliminary concept design has been completed sufficiently to allow secondary design consultant engagement.
