Overview
South Canterbury District Health Board (SCDHB) is looking to construct a building to house paper records stored on site at the main Timaru campus. This proposal is for a contractor to design and construct a building for this purpose.
The building should be purpose built, 400sqm, relocatable, suitable for both clinical and corporate record storage, with services to the building, located along the fence line by the public gardens.
The building required will need to be approximately 400 m2
The layout of the building is primarily warehousing with some office space, toilets and tea making facilities.
