Selwyn District Councils Arts, Culture, and Lifelong Learning Team are seeking two proposals for the purchase of shelf-ready physical collections – primarily shelf -ready books, including their selection, cataloguing, processing, and delivery – for the Selwyn Libraries collection.

The procurement of physical collections will be split into two separate RFP processes.
• One for all New Zealand Aotearoa, Māori, Pasifika, and local content,
• and one for everything else. (The two procurements will be run in tandem)
