The Selwyn District Council (SDC) are seeking a main Contractor for the construction and infrastructure of
West Melton Reserve TIFF Toilet Carpark, 1163 West Coast Road, West Melton.
This project will require the contractor to supply and build, but not limited to:
▪ Asphalt carpark.
▪ Connection to existing carpark.
▪ Carpark marking.
▪ Work with contractor to install ducting for future lighting.
▪ Construction of grassed areas and miscellaneous work associated with the project.
