We are seeking a Digital Employee Experience Survey Platform and ongoing technical Support. A summary of our requirements is a platform which enables employee voice to be heard.
The key objective of this procurement is to have a platform and service provider which can provide meaningful and actionable insight to our employees’ engagement.
Specifically, the solution needs to enable participation of all team members in the Annual engagement survey, the ability to conduct pulse or topic specific surveys as need identified, and appropriate access to team level information by leaders.
