Auckland Zoo and Regional Facilities Auckland (RFA) are excited to release this request for expressions of interest (REOI) in relation to the design of a New Administration Building for Auckland Zoo.
We are looking to appoint a professional services team, under a lead consultant, with the innovation, creative vision and proven capability to design and deliver an important building for Auckland Zoo.
Due to its location, the new administration building will inevitably be a focal point at the entrance to the zoo and provide a first impression of what lies beyond. It will play an important role in accommodating many of the Zoos staff and providing Zoo-wide administrative services.
This REOI process is the first step in securing the professional services required to realise the Zoo’s vision for the building.
