As part of Mt Smart Stadium’s annual renewal’s programme, a number of relatively small access way and surfacing projects have been identified. This request for proposal (RFP) has been prepared in relation to six separable portions.
The scope of work involves the following six separable portions that are more fully detailed in Section E of the RFP document:
Separable Portion 1: Sealing of existing grass and gravel area in the north-west corner of Arena 1
Separable Portion 2: Removal of old athletics track from Arena 1 and patch repairs of asphalt surface below
Separable Portion 3: Resealing of footpath from John Walker Lounge towards Arena 1
Separable Portion 4: Resealing of Arena 1 northern ring road and associated hardstand areas
Separable Portion 5: Provision of a ramped access way at the eastern end of Arena 2
Separable Portion 6: Extension of existing path behind Arena 2 grandstand
