This advance notice is to confirm the current intention to release a Request for Quotation (RFQ) on GETS on Friday 21 October 2022 or shortly thereafter, pending final sign-off.

INFORMATION PACK
An information pack is attached to this advance notice to help familiarisation with the project and prepare for the tender process.
The information pack consist of the Issue for Tender drawing set.
It is noted that this drawing set is being updated and the RFQ will contain a revised set with some minor modifications.

COMMUNICATIONS
There shall be no communications with QLDC regarding the information pack in advance of the RFQ release.
Any generic queries regarding this procurement can be made through GETS to the Tender Secretary.

SCOPE OF WORKS
The scope of this Shotover WWTP Upgrade is divided into 3 distinct elements:
• Third screen at the inlet works.
• New treatment reactor and clarifier.
• Decommissioning of pond 1 and reclamation into a calamity basin and stormwater management area.
