Overview

Public Trust is a Crown Entity governed by the Public Trust Act 2001. We look after the interests of more than 200,000 New Zealanders. We manage over 6,000 family trusts, and we administer approximately $4 billion in assets, including around $1.4 billion in investment funds.

Public Trust has issued this RFP to identify a single Managed Services Provider who can deliver Facilities Management Services to both Public Trust’s Corporate and Non-Corporate properties. This is a unique opportunity for organisations in the Property Facilities Management Services market who are delivering quality value for money outcomes through their expertise, nation-wide capacity and use of modern technologies. The services we are seeking are not just about keeping our business offices and customer services centres clean, safe and well maintained. The services we seek also extend to the properties Public Trust looks after for, or on behalf of, our customers. As such the FM Managed Services Provider we seek will play a strategic role in the success of Public Trust’s business going forward.
